Below you will find answers to the questions customers ask most often. Before contacting us, please check whether your issue has already been covered here. If you still need help, our Customer Support team will be happy to assist you.

1. The size or color of the product I ordered is not right for me. Can I exchange it?

You can return eligible items within 14 days from the date of delivery if they do not meet your expectations. After we receive and inspect the returned parcel, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Please follow the return instructions provided by Tachub16 and send the parcel back to the return address shown in your order details or customer support instructions.

2. How do I choose the correct size?

Most products include a size chart on the product page. We recommend checking the size guide carefully before placing your order. Compare the measurements with your own clothing or body measurements to find the best fit.

3. I bought an item and something like a zipper or seam is damaged. What should I do?

Warranty and product claims are usually processed based on proof of purchase. If your item has a defect, please contact our support team and include:

  • your order number or proof of purchase,
  • clear photos of the issue,
  • a short description of the problem.

Once we review the case, we will guide you through the next steps.

4. Can you add another product to an order I already placed?

Once an order has been placed and paid, it usually cannot be modified. If the order has not yet been shipped, our team may be able to cancel it so you can place a new order with the correct items.

5. Can you combine two orders and refund one shipping cost?

Orders that have already been placed are generally handled separately and cannot be merged. If one or both orders have not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we will check whether any change is still possible.

6. My payment did not go through. Can I pay for the same order another way?

If the payment was not completed successfully through the website, it usually cannot be finalized outside the store system. In this case, the best solution is to place a new order and choose the payment method that works best for you.

7. I want to place an international order. What payment options can I use?

Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may vary depending on your country. If PayPal is available, you may also be able to pay by card through the PayPal gateway without creating a PayPal account. Please check the checkout page for the payment methods currently supported for your location.

8. Can you prepare a quote or special offer for my order?

As an online retail store, Tachub16 does not normally prepare individual quotes or custom price offers for standard website orders. The prices displayed on the website are the currently valid retail prices.

9. Can you prepare a pro forma invoice or offer an extended payment deadline?

We do not issue pro forma invoices or invoices with delayed payment terms for standard online orders. Payment must be completed during checkout. Invoice details should be entered correctly while placing the order.

10. Can I reserve an out-of-stock product or pre-order upcoming items?

If a product is currently unavailable on the website, it cannot be reserved. We do not keep reservation lists or accept pre-orders unless this option is clearly shown on the product page.

11. Can you make a custom order or modify one of your products for me?

We do not offer custom product modifications or made-to-order production for regular store orders.

12. I have a discount code. How do I use it?

You can enter your discount code in the coupon field in the cart or during checkout, depending on the store layout. Make sure the code is entered exactly as received and check whether any expiry date or conditions apply.

13. I have a store account, but I placed my order without logging in. Can it be added to my account history?

Orders placed as a guest usually cannot be linked automatically to an existing customer account. To keep your order history together, we recommend logging into your account before placing future orders.
