Available payment methods
At Tachub16, we offer secure and convenient payment methods to make checkout simple and reliable.
Payment can be made via PayU, PayPal, or cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is available only for deliveries within Poland.
The security of your data is very important to us. For this reason, we do not store credit card details or other payment-related data on our website.
PayU
Card payments, BLIK and online bank transfer payments are processed through the PayU Settlement Center. Availability may depend on your region.
PayPal
Payment can be made by credit or debit card through PayPal, or directly from your personal PayPal account.
Cash on delivery
Payment of the total order amount directly to the courier. This option is available only in Poland.
Shipping
Dispatch and delivery
All orders are dispatched from our main office in Poland.
We prepare and process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are shipped immediately after payment is confirmed or, in the case of cash on delivery orders within Poland, after the order is received.
Orders placed by 1:00 PM CET on a business day are usually shipped the same day.
Please note that order processing may take longer during weekends, holidays or special promotions. However, the total preparation time will not exceed 5 working days.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number, which allows you to follow your shipment on the selected carrier’s website.

Countries, costs and customs
We ship to most countries worldwide.
Available delivery countries can be selected from the country list in the shopping cart. Orders can only be shipped to the countries shown in that list.
The estimated shipping cost will appear in your cart after selecting the delivery country.
Shipping options and prices depend on the destination country.
For shipments outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges required by the destination country. The amount and rules depend on the customs regulations of the respective country.

You can check the delivery progress of your shipment on UPS.com using the tracking link sent in your order confirmation email. You may also receive UPS email notifications during the delivery process.
