14-Day Returns
You can return a product within 14 days of receiving your package.
EU Return Policy
If you live in a European Union country, you do not pay for the return.
Outside the EU
If you return goods from outside the European Union, you are responsible for the shipping cost.

Return instructions
If your package was delivered by InPost
- Go to the website: szybkiezwroty.pl
- Search for the store in the list and enter the required information.
- Generate a return code.
- Drop off the parcel at the chosen point.
If your package was delivered by DHL
- Fill out and print the online withdrawal form and include it with the package.
- Go to the website: dhl24.com.pl/zwroty/en
- Enter the tracking number from the return label included with the package.
- Choose the return method.
- Send the package using the selected method.
If your package was delivered by UPS
- Fill out and print the online withdrawal form and include it with the package.
- Attach the return label to your parcel.
- Schedule a pickup with UPS or drop off the parcel at the nearest UPS Access Point.

After sending the parcel, please send the return shipment number received from the courier together with the list of returned products to your support email address.
We have 14 working days from receiving the return to process it.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order. If the order was paid by cash on delivery, please remember to include your bank account number in the return form.
Exchanges
Can I exchange a product?
We do not exchange purchased products for other items.
If you would like a different size, color or product, please return the purchased item and place a new order.

The fastest solution is to return the original product and place a new order for the item you want.
Complaints
How to submit a complaint
Contact support first
If the product you ordered does not comply with the contract, first submit your complaint by email to the Tachub16 support team.
Provide all needed details
Please include your order number, a short description of the defect, and clear photos showing the issue.
Wait for next-step instructions
Once your message has been verified with the warranty team, you will receive an email with information about the next steps.
Response time
We will respond to your complaint within 14 days.
Purchased from another store?

If the product was purchased from another shop, please contact the seller directly first.
